How can a company save money by hiring tradeshow models, emcees, and demonstrators through an agency?

The company saves money by using local, experienced talent near the event, instead of spending as much or more extra on travel expenses and hotel accommodations. The business also receives a professional demonstrator or presenter, or a lead generator or prospect screener who brands the business with a friendly and outgoing personality that leaves lasting impressions with attendees and prospects. Companies come to rely on efficient professionals that take the initiative and work towards their sales goals.

Often the agency arranges to help perform small set-ups before the show and tear-downs after the show, which saves time and money. Imagine having an extra person unpacking boxes of samples or literature and arranging a display in position. Then the following day the same person can collect business cards of qualified leads, hand out brochures and samples, and do what they do best: engage people on the business’s behalf and help generate more interest and sales.

At the completion of the event, the model/booth staff person will place all of the materials into cartons and tear down the displays and place everything into boxes and label them for the shipping company and overnight it to the client.

Over a period of time and multiple trade shows, it’s almost like getting a free show out of the deal with the amount of hours and dollars saved, not to mention the volume of better leads and new sales.

How successful was your last trade show exhibit?
